All prices on this site are in Great British Pounds (GBP) with no VAT being charged. You can view our current price list
here. When adding items to your shopping cart, prices will automatically be calculated based on the size of prints and/or quantity of prints you order.
Order Prints
To order prints, go to our prints section on the website. Click on the locations to view a larger version and then select the size of print you require from the print size drop down menu. Then you can select either Lustre or Gloss for the paper type. We highly recommend you choose the Lustre option for the paper type as this tends to work better when prints are framed in glass. Lustre also helps to prevent sticking occurring behind the glass and reduces fingerprint marks. However, you can choose gloss if you wish.
Cropping
Depending on the print size you choose, some cropping will occur on
the outer parts of an image to improve framing.
Frames and Framing
We have partnered with
eFrame.co.uk to be able to offer our customers the option of framing our prints. These frames are ordered and delivered separately to the prints. So you will need to order your print from us and arrange delivery of frame separately. If you have any questions regarding framing and/or order enquiries please contact

Shipping
Shipping is set at standard rates for within the United Kingdom. This also includes the cost for packaging items. For International shipments, please contact us.
Payments
All credit card details are handled by
PayPal. You will need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase items from this website.
Delivery
All printing is made to order as we rarely stock prints. Therefore you should allow 7-10 days for delivery within the United Kingdom and up to 21 days for delivery within the European Union and International.
This is the total number of days from ordering, printing and shipping to your destination. You may
contact us at anytime to enquire about your order status.
Product Returns
We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. We will only accept returns if they are faulty or damaged. All products are checked before leaving our premises and will be properly packaged in order to reduce the risk of being damaged during transit.
This does not include problems with frames ordered with
eFrame. If you have a problem with a frame please contact

You are responsible for the cost of postage to return to our premises and you must ensure the item is properly packaged so that no further damage can be done during transit. You will be required to send the faulty item back to us within 7-days of receipt of your order for inspection as to determine whether a refund is issued or an offer of replacement made.
